Case 01
Spring 2026
Multi country itinerary with live travel support
Multi country personal travel
A UK traveller engaged MAJ Travel Concierge® to coordinate a conference itinerary across Czechia and Germany, involving multiple flights across five cities. What began as a straightforward European trip quickly became operationally demanding, with a missed Gatwick departure, separate travel date changes, and later rerouting requirements all needing attention while the conference was already in progress.
Instead of spending hours on airline calls, searching alternative routes, or trying to reorganise flights between conference sessions, the traveller remained focused on the purpose of the trip while MAJ Travel Concierge® handled the logistics directly with the airlines. Revised flights, updated timings, and ongoing coordination were handled remotely throughout the journey, removing the stress and uncertainty that complex multi city travel disruptions can create when everything starts changing at once.
The traveller stayed focused on the conference. The travel problems were handled behind the scenes.
“No airline call queues. No rebooking stress. Operational support throughout the journey.”
Case 02
2026
International conference travel, handled end to end
Major UK Registered Charity
A UK registered charity engaged MAJ Travel Concierge® for the second consecutive year to coordinate travel for visiting ministers arriving from several countries, on different airlines, on different days, into two different London airports.
The organising team received one consolidated schedule rather than a folder of confirmations: every guest, their arrival time and terminal, the protocol member assigned to meet them, and where they were staying, with departures set out the same way. Where ministers happened to share a flight, pickups were grouped so no vehicle was sent twice. Each minister separately received an individually branded travel pack carrying their flight numbers, booking reference, seat and baggage allowance, which meant nobody arrived at a check in desk with a question the host team could not answer.
The plan moved, as it always does. Bookings were reissued mid-planning, a cabin change had to be traced back through documents already in circulation, travellers were added part way through, and inconsistencies in the arrival details were caught and corrected before they reached a protocol team waiting at the wrong airport. In the final days the schedule carried live arrival status, so the host side could see at a glance who had landed and who was still in the air. None of it came back to the organising team.
“One schedule, one point of contact, and a host team that never had to chase an arrival.”

Summer 2026
Multi country ministry itinerary, built around a preaching schedule
Visiting minister · Ministry travel
A minister engaged MAJ Travel Concierge® for a single continuous journey from Nigeria to the United States, on to Canada, then home through London, across a seven week window. Four flights, two airlines and two separate booking references, all built around a preaching schedule that was fixed before the travel was.
The itinerary changed more than once while he was already abroad. Each time, the adjustment was handled directly with the airlines rather than by the traveller, and the revised details reached him before he needed them. Seating, baggage and cabin were arranged in advance rather than negotiated at a desk. A travel pack issued before departure carried every leg, reference and time in one place, so at no point in seven weeks did he need to work out what came next.
The traveller made no airline calls at any stage.
“Multiple countries, multiple carriers, one continuous journey. The traveller only ever had to turn up.”

Spring 2026
Bereavement travel, arranged so nothing had to be argued at an airport
Personal travel · Family bereavement
A client travelling from London to Abuja for a family burial, with onward domestic flights to Enugu and back, engaged MAJ Travel Concierge® at a point when travel logistics were the last thing she could carry.
The operational risk was the baggage. Her international allowance permitted two 23kg bags; the Nigerian domestic legs allowed 15kg. Left alone, that gap becomes an argument at a check in desk, at the worst possible time, with the real prospect of being turned away or paying whatever is asked. The additional allowance was arranged in advance on the domestic sectors, so the problem never arrived. Airport assistance was booked on every leg, in London and at each Nigerian airport, and confirmed with the carriers rather than left to be requested on the day. Seating was selected on all four flights before she left home, not assigned at check in.
Nothing was arranged at an airport. Everything was arranged before she travelled.
“Baggage, assistance and seating settled before departure. Nothing left to be sorted at a desk in Abuja.”

Winter 2026
Cancelled the night before, rebooked before morning
Ministry travel · Disruption recovery
A church contacted MAJ Travel Concierge® late in the evening after their pastor’s London to Netherlands flight was cancelled at short notice. She had an interview the following morning, and the alternative options were closing fast.
MAJ Travel Concierge® took the situation over that night: assessing what was still available, securing an alternative, and placing her on the first departure out of London the next morning. The church was guided through the airline’s process rather than left to interpret it, and the costs arising from the cancellation were recovered so the trip did not become an expense as well as an emergency.
She arrived in time for the interview.
“The call came in the evening. She flew at first light.”
Case 06
Winter 2026
A burst tyre in a remote town, and a flight leaving that night
Personal travel · Disruption recovery
A traveller was being driven to the airport in a remote part of Nigeria when the car suffered a burst tyre. He missed the domestic flight to Lagos, and his international departure was leaving that same night.
The ordinary advice at that point is to call the airline. He could not. He had a local mobile signal, but the airline’s line is an international number and there was no airline office within reach. Every minute the connection was slipping further out of reach, and he had no way to speak to anyone who could do anything about it.
He reached MAJ Travel Concierge® instead. We contacted the carrier on his behalf, explained the position, and moved the international leg so the ticket was not lost. The traveller did not speak to an airline once. He did not need to, which was fortunate, because he could not have.
Being reachable is not a soft benefit. When the traveller cannot call the airline, someone has to.
“They went above and beyond to secure a last minute alternative ticket that was reasonably affordable.”Client review · Trustpilot
