How concierge fees are set

Concierge fees vary depending on itinerary complexity, traveller count, routing, and level of operational support required. The percentages shown above are the floor for each tier.

Some highly complex, multi-city, urgent, or operationally intensive itineraries may require bespoke concierge pricing, agreed with you before any work begins.

Two things, kept separate and clear.

Most travel concierges roll everything into one opaque fee. We separate the relationship from the work, so you always know what you are paying for.

Membership covers

The relationship

  • Ongoing relationship
  • Retained traveller context
  • Pre-travel planning oversight
  • A consistent point of contact
  • Travel monitoring on active bookings
Concierge fees cover

The booking work

  • Booking execution
  • Supplier coordination
  • Ticketing workflow
  • Multi traveller handling
  • Booking management

Membership supports the ongoing relationship. Concierge fees apply only when bookings are actively coordinated and managed.

What membership looks like in practice.

Gold member

The couple coordinating repeat travel

A couple based in London, both with international work commitments and family in Lagos. Across the year, that means business trips for one, conference travel for the other, an anniversary getaway, and two Lagos visits to see ageing parents. Different airlines, different dates, often overlapping windows.

With Gold membership, the same concierge handles every booking. They know which carrier each partner prefers, how the travel calendars need to be deconflicted, and which routings work best from Lagos. When a schedule changes, the couple does not start from scratch. The concierge already knows the context.

Corporate member

The church with a conference season

A UK church hosts three major conferences a year, each bringing visiting ministers from Nigeria, Ghana, the United States, and across Europe. That is 30 to 50 separate bookings annually, plus mission team travel and pastoral visits between events.

Corporate Membership means one concierge coordinates all of it. The church administrator does not chase airlines, manage welcome packs, or field traveller queries at midnight. Reconciliation arrives quarterly, the trustees see a proper supplier relationship, and the volunteer team is free to focus on the programme and the people.

Designed for people managing real travel responsibility.

Membership is not for occasional holidaymakers. It is for travellers and organisers whose lives include travel as a recurring operational responsibility.

  • Frequent international travellers
  • Families coordinating multiple trips annually
  • Parents booking for elderly relatives or children
  • Busy professionals with fixed schedules
  • Churches and organisations managing guest travel
  • Travellers wanting ongoing support, not one-off help

From sign up to ongoing support.

Three steps. No long onboarding form. We learn as we go.

1

Activate your membership

Create your account and tell us how you usually travel. Routes, traveller names, preferences, accessibility needs, anything that helps us help you well.

2

Meet your concierge

A short introductory call to walk through your travel profile, agree how we communicate, and set up the channels you prefer. WhatsApp, email, phone, or a mix.

3

Travel with ongoing support

When plans change or support is needed, you already have someone in place. Each booking adds to the context we hold for you and your travellers.

What members actually ask.

Membership is operational, not theoretical. Below are the kinds of messages our members send on a typical week.

"Can you review this route before I book?"

"Can you coordinate flights for our conference speakers?"

"Can you move this return by two days?"

"Can you monitor this itinerary while we travel?"

"Can you explain these fare rules before payment?"

"Can you help arrange wheelchair assistance?"

"Can you reroute my trip?"

"Can you help process a refund or compensation claim?"

Plain answers to common questions.

Support is prioritised by membership tier, urgency, and active travel status.

Membership covers the ongoing relationship: priority support, named concierge, monitoring, and continuity. The concierge fee covers the actual booking work when a trip happens. You only pay the concierge fee when a booking is being coordinated.

One-off works for a single trip. Membership works if you travel a few times a year or coordinate travel for others. The reduced concierge fees usually pay for membership within a few bookings.

Three months gives the relationship time to take shape. After that, cancel any time with one month notice.

Email support@majtravelconcierge.com with one month notice after the minimum term. No exit fees.
