We contact each traveller 24 to 48 hours before their flight to confirm details, share check-in timing, answer questions, and flag anything they need to know before they board.
Flight and disruption support
When schedule changes, delays, or operational issues are flagged to us, we coordinate the response. Notify your concierge as soon as a change surfaces and we work the rebooking and communication on your behalf.
Disruption handling
When a flight is cancelled, rescheduled, or rerouted and we are notified, we move quickly to support rebooking, compensation guidance, and live communication with your organising team until the traveller is on a confirmed alternative.
Visa and routing oversight
Visa sensitive routing for international connections including Schengen, US ESTA, Canada ETA, and African routings. We flag risk before booking, not after a denied boarding.
Schedule change response
When airlines issue a schedule change on a booking we have made, we review the impact, propose adjustments, and communicate with your team. Travellers see adjusted itineraries before the change becomes a problem.
