One-Off Travel Support · The £75 is credited toward your concierge fee if you proceed to book. Where the final concierge fee is lower than the travel consultation fee, no cash balance is refunded. Non-refundable if you do not book. Concierge fee from 10% applies on your booking value, varying with itinerary complexity. Prefer ongoing support? Members do not pay a travel consultation fee and commit to a minimum 3-month term instead.
